Hi there, well I've been a year off Roaccutane now and the oilies are definitely coming back. I had been a DSNW but the last month or so the chin eruptions have started and my nose and forehead are starting to oil up. It's so frustrating. I definitely preferred having dry skin - it's easier to deal with than oily. Anyway, my beloved L'occitane SPF 15 Shea Day cream is now just way too oily so I haven't been using any SPF aside from my everdayminerals SPF 15 foundation (which we all know now that to get an SPF 15 from, I would literally have to be caked in it!!). Anyway, I don't know if it's the increased oiliness or the not using SPF, but my rosacea bumps have also come back with a vengeance especially across my top lipline (does anyone else get rosacea break out there or is it just me?) and nose. I'm at the stage now where I don't know what's acne and what's rosacea and hence how to treat it. I've now started taking my cleanser off with Vichy thermal water, stopped using my toner as it was full of glycerin and now am only using Clarins Beauty repair concentrate at night on my nose and upper lip (however even this is now starting to tingle when I put it on). But I am at a loss as to which SPF to turn to - when my skin is oily it feels like I can't tolerate any moisturiser at all - plus my forehead has already started to wrinkle up without my beloved L'occitane. Does anyone have any ideas for an oil free SPF that won't flare my rosacea and acne? Also, has anyone used the ROC Calmance range - is it suitable for oily skin? Thanks in advance guys.
