I have been reading TONS about retinol and retinoids lately. Thanks Josh for the link to Teraksis. She had a lot of very helpful info.

As a result I think I am going to switch to the Avene Retrinal, but am not sure about what strength to get for myself.

After a year and half, I took the test again, and now I am borderline between Sensitive and Resistant, with a score of 29.

So, I am O R/S NW

The other scores are still the same and hopefully they are listed here in my sig.

I am currently using Green Cream Level 3, but agre with Tetraksis about GC, that it is too drying because of the high level of ethanol in the product.

Can anyone suggest what level Avene I should try next?
