I have Rosacea and was considering IPL treatments. It's expensive and am wondering if anyone with knowledge of lasers can give me some advice?

She says .."Not all IPL machines are the same. In fact, very low power ones are used in salons and spas."

I found a local salon/spa in my area that is offering a 2 for 1 IPL treatments. Sounds like a bargain, but I am a little hesitant.

They have a couple locations and are affiliated with two plastic surgeons, but there isn't a dermatologist on staff--so for this reason, I am a little cautious. I can email the website. I contacted this salon/spa and was told the laser they use is the Quadra Q4 IPL.

It sounds like they use just one laser whereas Dr. Baumann says..."Which machine we use depends on your skin tone, and your skin problems."

Does anyone know anything about this Quadra Q4?
Does anyone know which laser Dr. Baumann recommends?
