Any irritation from this? I use Finacea and love it but recently tried Metrogel in an attempt to incorporate Differin into my regimen. Metrogel actually seems to sting more than Finacea did ??? I wonder if it would be too irritating to use Finacea in the a.m. and Differin in the p.m. over my moisturizer like Dr. B recommends.
