I went to a derm today for a full body skin cancer screening. I'm very proud to say that she gave me a A+ (her words). For sure I was concerned after all those years in the deep south, at the beaches, working outside for 7 years in the Marine Corps and living here in this sunny altitude. She even said she was surprised at how little pigmentation I have for my age. THANK YOU DR. B AND EVERYONE HERE for all the advice, tips, hints and product suggestions. I only have 2 actual "sun spots" that I'm trying to reduce with the Paula's Choice Skin Lightening Lotion.
I'm faithful to the sunblock program and that is so important. I think if you can, especially if you've been into damaging your skin (as I have in my youth) that you should get a full body skin cancer screening.
