Hi everyone! I haven't posted in a few weeks. Hope everyone is well and your skin looks radiant.

I've been using DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, followed up with a small amount of Cetaphil for Normal/Oily. I've notived a definite improvement in the blackheads on my nose and general pore size - everything is smaller. My skin is also less oily, although still not 100% where I want it to be (but definitely better).

But, I've also had a slight increase in breakouts. Now, maybe that's purging (this is the first product I've used that I can say has made my blackheads better and pores smaller, so it's got to be doing something), but I know that cleansing oils can clog your pores. I have been following up with another cleanser to make sure I get it all off.

Is it possible that a product can help empty out pores but clog some others? My normal reaction to a product is that it uniformly makes my skin look worse, not this trade-off.
