Just picked up Dr. dovers Skin Effects advanced brightening complex with hydroquinine, retinol, etc. after doing some searching on hydro, I am a little concerned about it's effectiveness/safety. what s the latest on it being banned? Is anyone using either the dover version or something else containing it? does it work and how long should it take to see a reduction in my dark spots?
