what is this?

My dermatologist prescribed it for my rosacea/acne and I've been using it for about a week now. I noticed my skin looking pretty clear after a few days and then WHAM! I've got Mt. Fuji on my cheek (just under the bone) and a little one brewing on the tip of my nose (nice, eh?). Granted this could be hormonal :-[ but just wondered if it had anything to do with this new med. I also have some dry patches (around my mouth).

My doc isn't available until May (of course) so I've decided to just reduce the application to just once a day as opposed to twice (1xmorn+1xeve) to see if this will at least help with the dry patches. I'll have to wait 'til my cycle ends to see if the acne goes away, I guess. Good Grief, I should just give in and go back on the pill!!! Had beautiful skin then, but was pshyco b***h!!!
