I just wanted to say thank you to all of you on the board who are taking the time to answer my questions. I am new to Dr B's system and am determined that this is the way for me to go. I have read the book and am now re-reading it. I over analyze things and read too much into things and end up getting myself confused and left having to bombard the board with questions.
