FYI - I posted this on the DSPW board and got several lookers but didn't get any response. I was thinking that maybe the guys on that particular board were not familiar with this or didn't use these products, so I decided to try here.

Let me first say that I do apologize for asking so many questions. I am trying to learn all of this stuff because I don't want to keep throwing money away on products that don't work. I do try to search for answers before posting on the board. I am trying to understand how the Anti. serums fit into my daily routine.

In the book, stage one (non rx regimen for treating dark spots, pg 281), Step 4 at night is to apply an "Antioxidant containing Night Cream". If I do this, can I still use the Renova? What are your favorite Anti containing Night Cream?

Pg 282, for maint. once dark spots have cleared, Step 2 in the morning is apply "Antioxidant Serum". Favorites / Recommendations? Step 3 at night is to apply a "Antioxidant containing cream". Looks like 2 of Dr B's picks for serum is Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Capsules / La Roche-Posay Active C.

On pg 285, Dr B states "Use these antioxidant serums as called for in some of the regimens unless you experience frequent redness and stinging in response to skin care products. If so, they're to irritating for you."

Are there some of you who can't use the serums? Are you still able to use the antioxidant cream?
