What do you use to shave your face?

I use an electric razor with no cream, etc - that doesn't get the world's closest shave but it doesn't cause me any irritation or razor bumps like getting a closes shave does. I do it after I take a shower, but before I cleanse, as well.

I'd assume all the typical irritants for other skin products apply here.

Any specific products you recommend for the times in life that one needs a very close shave?
