Does any of you experience this and if so, what can I do? My lipstick (balm if not wearing lipstick) always cakes up on the inside of my lip area. The area right were if you licked the inside top of your lips. When lips are chapped or lipstick is caked up, you can see it if I am standing there talking to you. I am so frustrated. I have tried everything. I wish I knew why it happened. If I don't have anything on my lips they feel so chapped - in that same area.
