Day 5 of using Shiseido sunscreen and I'm having a reaction *sigh*

I put it on this morning and within 5 minutes started to feel the oh-so-familiar tingling. I tried to persevere but by an hour it was so bad it was starting to hurt.

Why, after 4 days of use with no irritation would I suddenly experience it?

I'm really running out of ideas.
Josh / 41 / male / DSPW-OSPW / Acne and clog prone / sensitive. Switching up my routine as I'm living in a new country (Malta) and the change in climate, water and diet is causing my skin to play up.

Using: La Roche-Posay Lipikar Syndet (AM/PM), distilled witch hazel (AM/PM), Clarins UV Plus HP SPF 40 (AM), Retin-A Gel 0.01% (PM).
