Moisture Sheer Tints SPF 15
Active Ingredients: octinoxate 3.5% titanium dioxide 1%.

Is it good?
It seems rather ok... And I'm just looking for moisturizer with SPF and slight tint that doesn't dry my skin out as City Block (Clinique).
