I am a OSPW or OSPT, very borderline.
I use RX metro-gel and finacea for my rosacea.
I use salicylic acid in my daily toner (Clinique mild clarifying lotion)
2 or 3 times a week I use a very gentle exfoliant (Neutrogena Visibly Even Cleanser)
I use something for dark spots (Clinique Even Better)

Question: Do I need or would I benefit from retinol? My other moisturizers and serums are rich in anti-oxidants and such, but a night cream from Neutrogena caught my eye. It is the Visibly Even Night concentrate with Retinol and Vitamin C. The thing is my skin is looking pretty good. And I already use Olay Regenerist serum at night and occasionaly Clinique Repairwear lotion.

Do I need this product or to put it another way (I mean, of course I don't NEED it ;)Would this be too much for my sensitive skin? Or could it further exfoliate my skin and keep it looking great?
