Help me!

As an DRNW I'm currently using Replenix 3x Retinol smoothing serum, but I'm not happy with the results after several months of use! My skin feels really smoot, but I want more drastic affects lol

So I am considering:

Skinceuticals 0,5 (I'm too young for the 1.0)
Jan Marini Factor-A Retinol serum
Affirm 3x

I have a derm appointment within 3 weeks and I'm also planning to ask for some Retinoid containing cream/gel (my skin is 'loose' due to drastis diet several years ago, I want it somewhat firmer)So I want to do like: day 1: retinol, day 2 retinoid, day 3 retinol,... (after building it of ofcourse  )


But which Retinol containing product would you recommend?


Current Regime:
AM:
Wash: Jan Marini Bioglycolic facial cleanser
eye: Oil of Olaz Regenerist
Anti-Oxidants: Skinceuticals AOX 15
face: Jan Marini Biogylcolic facil lotion
Moist: Anthony Logistischs Oil-free lotion + Dermalogica Spf 35+
(when skin is too dry: Skinceuticals B5 hydrating gel)

PM:
Wash: Clay Cleanser
Tone: 2% BHA lotion
Nose: Dr. Brandy Pore Effect (keeps my blackheads of my noise!)
Eye:  Oil of Olaz Regenerist
Face: Replenix 3x and sometimes Skinceuticals renew overnight
lips: Skinceuticals Antioxidant Lip Repair
Put some Avene Cicalfate on 2 red patches due to TCA recovery (containing copper and zinc)

Extra: 90 mg zinc, 100 mg Selenium and 2000 mg Vit C

However, I am gonna swicht the dermalogica spf 35+ with Clinique UV face defense spf 50 and I am gonna put the Clinique antioxidant Resue Moist Somewhere between!
