So, I was recently on Methylprednisolone, an oral steroid (used to treat inflammation in my case - Some chronic sinus issues)... 3 week therapy that I finished last week. During this time my skin was glowing! I've used it before and experienced the same benefit. No more red inflammed patches on the 'apples' of my cheeks, and no pimples!! This was an exciting 3 weeks in which I couldn't stop looking in the mirror and relished in compliments on my skin and its clarity.

Sadly this is past, and once the drug had been eliminated from my body Inflammation and redness returned....with a vengence! I look in the mirror and feel like all I see is a red face (more like overly extra pink... but you get what I mean). I even think I see more capillaries on my cheeks than I had before. :-[

I was just wondering if others have used similar drugs (prednisone or prednisolone) and experienced similar rollercoaster like effects with their skin??
