It is a spray. I sprayed it on my hand, then applied it. This contains 15% Tio2, so I expected this ghostly white cast. Surprisingly, there was none. It is almost like water. The base formula is just water and silicones, which are usually very mattifying. If anything, my face is a bit glowey today. Between the silicone and Tio2, I expected my face to be dried out, but so far so good. The last sunscreen I used was Melashade and it really dried me out. This seems to lightly moisturize and leave behind a faint shine. The only part of my face that is obviously shiny is my nose. But, my nose produces a lot of oil without a product on it. The rest of my face looks just a tad of glow. Also, this is super light. I cannot even feel it on my face. I hope this continues to work. Here are the ingredients.
