It seems like there are any number of harsh products out there that increase your skin's sensitivity, but what about a good therapist for sensitive skin that'll make it a little less touchy?

I believe Dr. B writes in the book that retinoids help thicken the skin's barrier, correct?

I think someone on here mentioned that skin lighteners could help your skin be a little more resistant, but I'm not positive that I'm remembering correctly.
