First off, to Dr Baumann, if she ever reads this: this is the best book I have read about skin care. Seriously, I've so much about this topic because I wanted to be a makeup artist at one time and I bought a lot of makeup and skin care books, but this one trumps them! Thank you so much for all that you taught me in this book.
I came out from the questionnaire a DRNT (nobody hurt me, please) but I know that isn't quite right. I have an oily T-zone which would indicate I have "combination" skin. So I'm guessing that I would treat that area like it was ORNT, am I right?
Here is what I can't figure out: on the apple of my cheeks, I have redness. It's not very noticeable unless I've been outside. I've had it forever. I haven't been able to figure out how to treat this problem or this: I've developed acne (it is acne when it's just red bumps, right?) between my eyebrows, around my nose, mouth, and on my chin. Acne has never been a problem with my skin, so dealing with it is a relatively new undertaking. Also, my forehead has gotten a very rough texture. These (the acne and rough texture) happens when I am at college. The soft water that we have to shower in does a number on my hair and skin. So I am desperately seeking advice from you knowledgeable members out there. I've been reading a bunch of forum discussions ever since I joined yesterday, and I've been impressed with the advice given. So don't let me down! ;D Thanks so much!
