I posted a question about Heliocare supplements a few weeks ago and someone wrote back that you may be taking these supplements. If you are, could you share your impressions/experience? I am considering them but didn't know if you had experienced any side effects or noticed a difference in your skin. Could you also give a rough cost estimate if you don't mind?
