I'm male, aged 24 and am trying to start the use of retinoid.
I don't know which one to start with?

I wanted to start with Retin-A 0,025 cream, but my dermatologist adviced me not to use it in the sense that my skin doesn't need it and that it can lead to some troubles when will be a little older...

Now don't know what to do...

Should I start with Differin?
Or with Retin-A and use it once and then graduately twice per week?

I'm totally confused... ??? Each advice now will be very appreciatted.
