I have one question...

When I wake up (last few mornings) I have VERY DEEP "lines" below my eyes. I know they are not real lines, but can someone tell me what this is and how to confront with it?

It looks like dehydrated skin and thourough the day the "lines" slightly/fully disappear. But is very awful to wake up like the train has gone "over you".
