Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has tried the Heliocare supplements (fern based) that Dr. Baumann recommends in her book? I haven't yet, but was wondering about others' results. Any information (results, cost, reactions) would be appreciated. TIA!
DSNT (stinging subtype, very occasional acne): I also follow DSNW recommendations because of borderline score on T/W<br />D= 15<br />S= 52.5<br />N= 17.5<br />T= 38
