It is a Vicks Warm Mist humidifier. I got it on sale for $25.00.

I put it on high and let it run all night long. When I wake up, my face feels soft and moist like I wore a cream all night.

Plus, my throat and nose don't feel as dry anymore.

Who would have thought something so simple would work.
