I have been using bath salt for my psoriasis and the results have been amazing. I originally started using the dead sea salts but have found that regular sea salts seem to work quite well too although they don't seem as powerful (cost less though). I always make sure that the bath salts I buy contain only sea salt and a natural essential oil (lavender seems best). It also seems there has been quite a bit of research about this out of Israel with great results and one company out of San Francisco seems to be focusing their efforts on bath salts/sea salts for skin therapy-The San Francisco Bath Salt Company. There prices are very low too and I find that buying in bulk saves a lot of money. They are worth a try and If any body knows of anywhere cheaper or better quality let me know. I find the trick with using the salts is to try and bathe in them at least 3 times a week. Good luck.
