I'm wondering if retinoids can lessen sensitivity? I swear, since I've been using retin-a, my skin is less reactive. Or at the very least - I've experience no more irritation or redness or flaking or stinging than usual. I'm using RAM 0.04% every night - and I have one more night left in the sample I have and I'm changing to retin-a cream 0.05% - you would think with my super sensitive skin that I'd be having some issues adjusting to using a retinoid, but I've had no problems whatsoever. Could the retin-a be calming my skin down? It just seems strange that my skin would be less reactive than usual, but it is. ???
