Within the last hour the skin on the upper/back part of my right arm has become slightly red (I think-it could just be my KP looks extra red today) and stings! I don't know whats happening.

It isnt poison oak/ivy etc, I haven't gone outside except when I walked to class and then came straight home. I wasn't doing anything when it started either-I've been writing a paper all night.

WebMD guessed all kinds of stuff that didnt make any sense like broken bones and bruises. It gave me contact dermatitis as an option but thats really vague and explains nothing.

It's really sensitive to the touch. I tried putting hydrocortisone on it but it didnt do anything. Does anyone have any other ideas? I can't exactly call a derm and ask about this at 12 at night. Thanks guys!
