Hi - does anyone here have any information regarding the use of BHA's by someone with rosacea? I've read conflicting information - I've read that BHA's can be helpful, and I've read that BHA's are bad for rosacea.

Anyone know? I know Dr. B recommends Neutrogena Skin Clearing makeup for rosacea, so I'm thinking she must think it's helpful.
