I've been on it for two weeks and it seems like it's bringing up everything to the surface. I know Retinoids do this, but was wondering about Finacea. My upper neck looks worse than I've ever seen it. Bleh...

I know Finacea has some anti-comedolytic properties too, as well as being anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, so I'm guessing purging can happen too.

Any knowledge or experiences regarding this?
