Have any of you seen or tried this new product from Neutrogena?

I'm trying to figure out the major difference between this new product and their Visibly Even Daily SPF 15 Moisturizer. What I have noticed is a price difference of about 7.00 with the new product being more expensive, and the addition of their Helioplex stabilizing sunscreen.

Any thoughts?
