Here's the routine, pretty much straight from the OSNW chapter.

AM:
Aveeno Ultra-Calming foaming cleanser
Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid
Elizabeth Arden Advance Time Capsules Ceramide Complex(may have the name a little off - but those single dose capsule thingies)
Vichy Ultra Fluide SPF 50 sunscreen. I need a hard-core sunscreen! You can see how pale I am, lol.
If make up, bare escentuals in fair. But, I made sure my pics were no makeup so people could see real skin.

I have to wait some time after the BHA and after the capsules to let stuff sink in. I just use this time to finish dressing or brush my teeth so that I'm not wasting morning time.

PM:
Cleanser as above
retinol - green cream level 6
Aveeno Ultra-Calming miosturizer (lotion). I use this about half an hour after the retinol.

2-3 times a week in the PM
Peter Thomas Roth therapeutic sulfur masque. The stuff is an absolute necessity now! I will also use it more often to spot treat red areas and that dratted PMS zit. It is so helpful for redness.

That's it. It looks long but doens't take all that long - especially in the evening.

Thanks for your list! I can't remember from your earlier posts -- how oily are you? Is your sunscreen "it", or just good enough until you find "the one"?
