I'm so confused...I've read the book and have started browsing the boards. I've noticed quite a few people are on Retinoids, but I don't exactly understanding retinoids. I know retinoids are good for treating wrinkles by increasing cell turnover. Is this a form of exfoliation? Should you exfoliate while on retinoids? Any information is much appreciated!!!
