Does anyone know if there are any specific foods or exercises that will help the skin "shrink" when losing weight? I have a healthy weight loss plan and I am losing slowly, but the skin on my body is not firming up with the rate of the weight loss. The skin on my face seems to be doing fine. I haven't experienced many problems with my skin in my 44 years, and I do realize part of it is the age of my skin and the stretching it has been through over the years during my weight gain. Any suggestions, except "don't be a whiner" would be appreciated!
