Products designed for ethnicity.

I personally don’t think generally people should use other ethnicity’s skin products.

This includes Neutrogena, Olay, Murad, Proactiv, and many European products.
Every ethnicity skin is different from each other.

For example, Asian normally have larger pores, prone to dark spots, and aren’t very vulnerable to wrinkles. They skin tone is lighter and olive-ish unlike Europeans. Asians should be using their own ethnicity skin products such as Shesido, a Japanese skin products.  Did you know Asians react to alcohol? They face becomes red because they lack the enzymes to break down the alcohol components.

Europeans has pinkish skin tone, vulnerable to wrinkles, and etc. they have the enzymes to break down the alcohol components.

I hope Dr B should be aware of promoting books to certain location.
I’m definitely not saying that everyone should avoid other ethnicity’s products. If the products works for you, that’s great! I think it’s better to stick your own race’s products.

Every company invests their time working with people. Europeans company works with European’s skin such as Jews, Germans, and etc while Asians works with their own skin using ingredients that are effective and suitable for their uniqued skin..

In my theory about food that causes breakouts is entirely base on your origin. In the Asian countries, people don’t have as much skin problems as USA. Over the centuries, Asian’s body had adapted to diet and built resistance to rice full of carbohydrate, and high sodium dishes. And, they still don’t get major breakouts. Carbohydrate is known to increase glymic index and worsen acne. Sodium increases blood insulin, (maybe it’s sugar instead?) There is no scientific linking food to breakouts but it doesn’t mean you can eat anything you want.

Look at the Hispanic, their diet is blended with hot spices, meat, and their skin is still good.
Hot spices is know to cause breakouts
Meat is a red meat which contribute to acne especially the intake of proteins.
Tortillas are mainly flour consist of carbohydrate.

Their skin doesn’t react to it.

Of course, there is food that had a lot to do with hormones injection and things that company did to enhance their business. (milk, cheese, meat)

Mainly, it’s all about ethnicity’s diet origins.

In California, a lot of Asian-Americans had more skin problems than in Asia due to climate differences, diets, and many factors.

What do you think?
