Hello everyone, I'm new here. I just recently purchased the retin a gel from medsmex, but have not received it yet. I was wondering if anyone here has ordered the gel from medsmex. If so, are you satisfied with it. On the website it says the strength of the gel is .01%, but when I inquired about the strength of the gel to a customer service rep during a chat room session she told me that the strength is comparable to .1% of the U.S version of retin a gel and that the labeling is just different. I was just wondering if anyone has come across this problem.
