I am 38 years old and although am told I do not look that old I personally feel that I look much older with the wrinkles (around my eyes when I smile) and brown spots. Although I am not suppose to be in the sun due to my Lupus I am in the sun quite a bit with my son playing baseball. I use sunscreen with a high spf, visors, sun glasses, etc to help protect as much as possible. What do any of you suggest for someone like myself that is ORPW to help with brown spots and wrinkles?

I am hoping Dr.B sees your question and can advise..I wouldn't know what to tell you about using retin a and having Lupus..I am guessing with Discoid Lupus,a retin a might be beneficial,but with Systemic,might be different..I am sure your Rheumatologist can give you a ref. to a derm if you are able to use retin a..
