Hey there,

I just bought Dr. Baumann's book with much excitment and ran to the drug store. I bought 3 products, Aveeno Foaming cleasner , Olay 7x frangrance free moisturizer and Neutrogena vislbly healthy skin sunscreen. 2 days later thinking I should have read the back of the products, saw the following, Olay and Neutrogena had Vitamin C & parabens which I am suppose to avoid because a. I am a stinger and b. I rash out. Aveeno also has parabens. Ugh, I am suppose to look for no vitamin C or parabens in anything? It seems most of the products listed have one of these both & fragrance too. My stats are O31 / S 58 / P 35 / T 41. Thanks for any help.
