Hi, Forum Friends!

I'm just dropping in to say hello. I hope everyone is getting his/her skin under control! I have heart/lung trouble, the same ol' diabetes, and now early kidney failure, so I can't sit at the computer for lengthy periods. My skin has become calm finally, but I don't dare use anything new on it. Here's the routine:

AM & PM

Shu Uremura Oil or Laventine Olive Forte Oil to wash and splash rinse with
Lauder's Advanced Night Repair Serum & Eye Gel
Lauder's Idealist Skin Refinisher
Lauder's Daywear spf 15 - dry skin formula

The above routine keeps my skin comfortable, poreless, and well-hydrated.

Body skin gets very itchy and dry with the kidney problems, so I use Aveeno's fragrance-free Daily Moisturizing lotion, alternating with LRP's Lipikar Baume. The Lipikar Baume contains lipids, which my skin craves.

Shampoos from Selsun Blue, AquaGlycolic, and Free&Clear are all SLS - free and they lather well. Aussie makes a spray on leave-in hair conditioner that works well. It contains fragrance, but I can tolerate it. VO5 sheer hairdressing helps tame frizzies.

Bar soaps from Aveeno (dry skin) and Cetaphil regular formula work for body skin, also Lever 2000 original body wash. AquaGlycolic shampoo makes a good body wash too.

Lastly, Arm & Hammer unscented anti-perspirant seems to work the best for me.

I still can't find a bra that doesn't make me break out in a rash from the elastic!
I remove that puppy as soon as I get back in the house after I've been somewhere!

I hope all is well with all of you. Sorry I can't stick around to read all of the posts.
Hope you'll understand. Take care, and best wishes for Great Skin!
