Since this is a site for dermatology concerns and not just cosmetic concerns, I hope it is okay to address the issue of dry skin in the vaginal area for postmenopausal women.....Is there a cream or lotion safe to use in that area on an ongoing basis? I hope Dr. Baumann can address this.....I am not interested in so-called lubricants because they do not do the job.

Also, any suggested relief for very dry, cracked heels? As you can see, some of us have concerns that go beyond the cosmetic.

I have used the search engine on this site but cannot find these issues having been addressed.
