I have had a bcc skin cancer removed from my face and a bilobed flap repair (reconstructive surgery by a plastic surgeon).

I'm at the stage where I wear micropore bandage (skin toned) over the wound. I change this every second day. I can moisturise, allow to dry, then apply the bandages. This goes on for 4 - 5 weeks.

I was advised by the plastic surgeon to not use the Vit C and retinol products I have until a month after the surgery.

But I didn't ask what moisturiser would be recommended over the wound area. Can you suggest anything? I'm in Australia and would need products readily available here.
