while on makeupalley.com i was reading the reviews for the obagi system. they pretty much give it a great review. and thats great. but what it seems everyone is missing with this very expensive set of products (£350, here in the uk, and that seems to be without the retin-A) is that the prodcut that is making the change to the skin is the retin-A and nothing else. they talk about the peeling, reddness, irritation, etc... and that after it all has stopped, great(er) smooth(er) skin. thats the retin-A! and yet, they could just get some for around £45, or less from the doctor, and not have to pay for the rest of the kit, which is not needed. though they do have a skin lightening lotion that is very good, but again, you could get that else where for less. it makes me sad. i use retin-A and i love it. but i would not pay £350 for something when i can get it for so much less, epecially when the only product that is makin the real difference is the retin-A.
