I broke down and bought a Wondercloth. I have eczema and psoriasis, acne and sensitive skin--I'm a mess! I also have a zillion tiny clogged pores/whiteheads on my chin. I worked on it with the wondercloth and it is much improved. I'm down to a mere million. I wash my skin with Neutrogena Extra Gentle or Aveeno Clear Complexion and my hands then "dry" with a damp wonder cloth and follow with Differin and a light moisturizer. I hope this is my HG!! ;D
