I was told by a woman who gives facials that she isn't allowed to wax the skin of anyone who uses Retin-A because the drug makes the skin so thin that the waxed areas will tear. I was under the impression that Retin-A makes the skin thicker. Is the facialist mis-informed? Thank You.
