Hi All! This is such a friendly forum and I'm learning so much. I was reading the Dr. Baumann article in this month's AARP magazine ( if you're not a member consider signing up because there is wonderful, useful advice on the webpage) and thought it might be interesting/helpful to get a team dialogue going for those of us who are mid-life plus and our skin care issues. Like I'm an OSNW at age 54, and though it seems the "O" should be gone at this age, it is still with me even as my dermal structure is getting older, thinner and more prone to problems....like Rosacea. After a lifetime of skin concerns (well, mostly since age 13, which is 41 darn years!) it seems nice to be finding some solutions to skin discomfort and promoting skin health. There are some interesting trade-offs, for instance, the red wine that I enjoy and believe helps my heart is bad for my Rosacea; it even causes a painful flare-up in my face. :'( Oh well......
