I just read Dr. B's Feb 12 blog and apparently the FDA is make a decision about banning hydroquinone very soon. To be on the safe side, she recommends stocking up on the OTC products as no one knows if or how they'll implement the ban. Please read the blog so you'll get a full picture of what she is saying.

Based on the studies and years of use, I cannot believe the FDA is considering banning such an effective, safe product. Sheesh!
