I was very excited after I read the book. But probably too excited b/c I tried too many things in one week. I am a DSPW and now I am dealing with an allergic reaction all over my face and neck. My skin was in ok shape before I read the book, but I wanted to make it better. I probably still can, but with my sensitive skin, I just tried too many things at once. Atopalm MLE, facial water, ponds cold cream, and spf lotions all in one week. Not sure which one gave me pbumps all over my face and neck and an itchy neck - but now what do I do? I am trying to let things calm down, go back to normal and then try again, slowly, one product at a time.

Does anyone have experience with the most gentle way to start over. Right now I am using just ponds cold cream and wiping it off with a tissue. No moiturizer or anything else. It's been 2 days and nothing is getting better.
