I have a prescription for TriLuma, which I used for 2 months over the winter with decent results. I could only tolerate it about a max of 3x a week though. I am wondering if now since I want another 2 month course of something with HQ in it if it would give me better results to use something less irritating that I can tolerate daily. Any thoughts?

LynnWolf2, I'm also using the Skineffects by Dr. Dover and I'm using the Topix Replenix Retinol Smoothing Serum 3x.  I wondered if you could clarify something for me -- the Skineffects says to use it in the a.m., but in Dr. B's book (in the OSPW nonprescription regimen section) she says to use the skin lightener in the a.m. and that using it p.m. is optional.  My question is:  are you using the Skineffects both a.m. and p.m.?  Or is there some reason NOT to use the Skineffects p.m. as well as a.m.?  (I thought I saw something in one of these threads about some products "cancelling out" other products, and wasn't sure if these 2 fell into that category.)  Thanks for your help!

you know,I was using the Skineffects AM&PM,then once I started Renova,I used the Skineffects in the AM to spot treat, and Renova at PM..when I am done with this bottle of serum,I will probably just use Renova,as I've been told Renova will fade dark spots as well..

Thanks, Lynn -- even though I'm using Replenix (nonprescription), it also says it's supposed to help with superficial pigmentation, so maybe I should try only using the Dover lightener in the a.m. and the Replenix p.m.
