Can you please help with a recommendation?  I am looking for a glycolic acid moisturiser (not cleanser or peel) to use on my arms to start to deal with the sun damage and pigmentation there.

I specifically would like a 10 - 15% cream preparation with no mineral oils.

The skin on my body is DRPW. Not sensitive, I can use anything without a reaction. Definitely dry, but not doing too badly now it is hot and humid.

I don't mind buying a product designed for the face it is isn't too expensive (as I would be going through quite a bit of it).

A search on the forum shows up two possibilities -
Paula's Choice (but has mineral oil)
Alpha Hydrox (which sounds well priced but I am having trouble finding in Australia).

What would be really good would be a formula with SPF for daytime and one without for nighttime. But that might be asking for too much! 

I've researched the glycolic acid a bit so think it should be okay. I might follow up later with a lightening product for the pigmentation.
