I have a quiestion that I hope someone can help me answer. I have very oily skin in my t-zone but I rarely breakout. I was doing a little research on my eczema and found out that seborrhea patients tend to have oily dandruffy scalps like I do. So this got me thinking that maybe I don't have acne but a mild seborrhea? Because I have oily skin but I rarely breakout and I also have oily and dandruff. I almost never breakout or get blackheads and have more of a rough texture of skin but don't get patches like seborrhea patient, though. So how can you tell? I would be mad if i had it just because I have eczema too.
